Dale Smith

Head Coach

Coach Smith has been with the Sirens since 2016 and was the freshman boys coach at Lebanon High school from 2009-2021. Coach Smiths daughter played at Lebanon HS, as well as with the Sirens, then went on to play JUCO at Olney College in Illinois.

Jerry Pruitt

Head Coach

Coach Pruitt joined the Sirens in 2020, coming to the club with a 2025 team that included his daughter who is now playing at Avon High School. Coach Pruitt also has high school coaching stops at Manual HS (2008-2010), and Washington HS (2011-2013).

Wendy Skibinski

Head Coach & College Recruitment

Coach Wendy joined the Sirens with her daughter in 2021. She played at University of Indianapolis (1994-1998) and coached at Ben Davis High School (1998-2007). Coach Wendy also leads our college recruitment support efforts for our families, as well athletes locally and across the country.

Damon Moss

Head Coach

Coach Moss joined the Sirens in 2022, coming from a different travel girls program where he led a high school girls team. He also joined Lebanon Middle School program as the 7 th grade head girl’s coach for 2022.

Tricia Gall

Head Coach

Coach Tricia joined the Sirens in Fall 2022, coming from a different travel girls’ program where she led a middle school team. She was an assistant at Avon South Middle School (2020-2022) and has coached on the boys side in AJAA since 2013. She has volunteered at the Jr Pacers Summer Camps (2017-2020) and played at Purdue Northwest (1991).

Aaron Wilson

Head Coach

Coach Aaron joined the Sirens coaching staff as an asst coach in the Fall 2022 season and moved into a head coaching role for the 2023 travel season with a 2027 group that includes his daughter who plays at Mooresville High School.

Jelena

Jelena Soots

Admin

Jelena is the wife of our director and assists with various Siren’s initiatives in place. She designs and coordinates all spirit wear merch. She also helped start the Sirens “Little Ballers” group, which targets future sirens players K-3 that are looking to learn about basketball in a fun setting.

Angie Pigecella

Admin

Angie joined the Sirens in an admin role in 2022 and assists our director with the various Sirens initiatives in place. She works behind-the-scenes to help coordinate club & team outings, and travel accommodations. Angie has 2 daughters playing with the Sirens at the middle school and high school level. Angie graduated from Ben Davis and swam collegiately at Ball State.

Trevor Soots

Director & Head Coach

Coach T has been with the Sirens since 2017, starting out as a head coach. In 2021, he took over the Sirens Club from its predecessor. Coach T has also been a head coach at Avon North Middle School, coaching either 7 th or 8 th grade, since 2017.
